I'm 74 , still cycling every week, do two mornings voluntary work at my local scout activity site, and a weekly ballet class. For which I wear a full leotard, either with tights or leggings and/or a short pleated skirt.
I have some arthritis in one knee, but after prostrate cancer and a double heart bypass, that's just a minor inconvenience.
Bilateral knee surgery should be totally healed by the Atlanta comfort conference. At 60 I?m feeling older
