Hi TheJesseBoy, I would suggest looking for what is called modern or tailored fit. Both terms are used interchangeably. There is a small, but obvious caveat here: The actual fit varies with brands, so it will probably take some searching for the right one.
What the modern or tailored fit does is it gives you a sort of slim fit at the bottom with a liitle bit of allowance in the hip section. However, as has been said, bringing a tailor in is always a good idea.
