The ONLY thing I would miss is being married to my wife and having her for my best friend, partner, idol and romantic interest.
Since women can legally and morally do just about anything a man can do these days and more, I don't see any other hardships to this situation that would disturb me.

I wouldn't miss being a male driver, because lets face it women are much safer drivers anyway!!
I am honestly very suprised at how many people responded that they wouldn't miss anything at all. Honestly, I'm a little skeptical that all those people would truly miss nothing in the even that *poof* you are now a woman, permanantly. As for me, I would miss a lot of things, I would not choose to be female, no way. I think it would be fun for a day or two, but here is what I would miss:
Starting with what I would dislike about being a woman:
-Periods, pregnancy and menopause
-Unwanted attention from horny dudes
-The high maintenance of daily appearance. ie makeup, hair, jewelry etc
-The brutally high standards that society holds for women, expecting them to be beautiful, light weight, well mannered and so on.
And what I would miss about being male: (other then things that have been listed over and over.)
-Playing and watching sports with other guys.
-Being a crossdresser, wearing womens clothes isn't fun if you're a woman, it's just 'normal.'
-Discovery of a female, physically, mentally, emotionally.
-Manly things: video games, BBQ's, crude humor.
And yes... I do like being able to pee standing up.
