Try a breezy moonlit night with your silky skirt, nylons and 3 inch heels, preferably strappy sandals, though pumps are ok too. Did that when I lived in the country, most exquisite. Just don't walk in the wet grass. :-)
I'd bet most of the GGs never think about that, having always had the freedom to wear a skirt if they want to. Does that make us weird(er)?

I do love it when it's windy, but perhaps I should wear a longer skirt next time...

And I thought I was the only one who loved the feel of the wind on my legs. So great

You must be somewhere warm. While near record temps today in the Midwest, cold and blistery now. I like to stand outside for the new years transition, but had to make it short as the breeze cut right through my skirt. The thrill is limited when it is gusty and, like, 40 F! Joni
And that's the way it is suppose to be for guy's to and why it is not is what is still perplexing me right to this very hour!
Suzy!
Guy's shoudl be allowed to be free in what they dress in all of the time as are women now for quite sometime oh well!?
Now just wear that during a thunderstorm and when the tornado siren is going off
