Being a girl - Loves, Hates and Aspirations!

    Good evening Girls

Whilst driving about today I have been thinking of the loves, hates and aspirations of being a tv girl! Being new to this site no doubt the thread has been spun before but for what it is worth here are my lists!! What are yours?

    Loves

Being able to wear feminine and sexy undies
    Lipstick and Mascara
The thrill of opening a really nice pair of tights or holdups and putting them on.
The feel of slipping a stockinged foot into a high heel shoe.
High heeled shoes particularly open toed court shoes
The feel of wind blowing up my skirt
The feel of actually having hair that is coloured and longer other than my natural greying short hair.
Wearing jewellry particularly dangly earrings and braclets that fall about your wrists when you move.
The wearing of a bra and having soft (albeit silicone breasts)
Using the loo in the way a GG would
Painting my nails pink or red and wearing false finger nails and toe nails.
The use of moisturiser, cleanser and toner and feeling the difference on my skin.
The one time I walked down our High street at night without being noticed and the feeling of having escaped.
Standing in front of my lecture classes knowing that my undies are prettier than any of the girls in the room!
Plucking my eyebrows as much as I dare!

    Hates

Sticking the mascara brush in your eye and smudging an otherwise perfect eye makeup.
Laddering an expensive pair of tights on the first wearing.
Buying shoes or clothes as a guy by guessing and then having to take them back as they did not fit.
Having to shave before putting on makeup
Not being able to wax my legs or underarms without arousing suspicion from my wife.
Not being able to dress as and when I want to.
Not being able to hang my clothes in the wardrobe but having to keep them hidden in the attic.
Being secretive about my feminine desires.
Being all dressed up and having no where to go
Sheer frustration at being a guy!

    Aspirations

To be able to be open about my desires and to be Lynda as and when I want and to accepted and encouraged by my wife and family.
To have a wardrobe to myself.
    Never having to shave again.
Never to leave the house without at least lippy and mascara.
To shop en femme and to try clothes and shoes before buying.
To be able to wax my legs and other bits!
To have a waist and passable hips. I have legs to die for and small feet and hands so it is not all bad.
To wear a bra because I have to!
To know what it feels like when a guy buys you flowers
To dress to the nines and be wined and dined by a hunky guy (without the add ons of course!) who accepts me as Lynda and no-one else.No I am not Gay!
To get wolf whistled at in the street.
To go to a spa/beauty salon and have my make up and nails fixed properly.
To spend a long period of time as Lynda.

The lists are not exhaustive nor in any order of desire.

    Please tell what are yours.

A whistful and sometimes unhappy Lynda.

You have obviously spent time with your lists. What more can I say? It sure is extra work but well worth it.

I don't mind the extra work so much. It's trying to camaflage the things that are "manly" that are frustrating.

We have to put much more effort into looking good than the Real girls do.

Its the work that makes dressing enjoyable. What gg's take for granted we tv's are still playing catch up!

Do GG's get thrilled at what we find thrilling -touch of fabrics, makeup, walking in high heels etc., etc.,. My SO finds it a bit of a drag (pardon the pun!) sometimes to get dressed up ready to go out when I would swap gladly.

I fear that if I could dress all the time I might get a teensy bit fed up as well? Well worth trying though! Do you get fed up as you dress more frequently than me.

I like the lipstick on a ciggie butt knowing it is yours though!! I only had that thought to night as I stood in the garden dressed up to the nines in the dark enjoying a cigarette and tempted to throw the butt on the garden - now my wife does not smoke....!!

LIKES: All of the things you and everyone listed because for me, all of those
things just seem so incredably natural to me. They place me
    in my comfort zone.

DISLIKES: Practical necessity dictates that I can't always be comfortable.

ASPIRATIONS: To live my life to the fullest as comfortably and securely as it
    allows.

I hate to rain on your parade, pee on your wheaties, or whatever else this will probably be called...
But, there's one big problem with this thread title
"Being a girl - Loves, Hates and Aspirations!"
You're *not* a girl, nor are most of the rest of us here who don't identify as "GG". You're a guy who wears girl's clothes. I'm noticing somewhat of a trend here lately of folks who seem to be getting confused about this. Don't get me wrong, it's certainly fine to come up with lighthearted stuff relating to "Being a girl - Loves, Hates and Aspirations!" if that's where you were going with this thread. But, let's keep this in perspective...we're definitely *not* girls.

Lynda is obviously (at least to me) speaking of being mentally a girl, and embracing those qualities she associates with being feminine.

I beleive in my heart that I am a female. For some reason that escapes me,
mother nature, aliens, God, or Buda, decided to put me in a man's body.

when reading some of these threads, I wonder if I am in the right forum or not, however I do like to watch and join in occasionally as this is a friendly forum.

Perhaps someone may enlighten me as to whether I am in the right spot

    My L,H,A

Hi, this is a great topic. I'm new and would like to share. I'm far from being a TV girl, but simply love dressing up and living out my feminine side periodically.

    Loves:
    intimate encounters en femme
    dressing sexy (lingerie, dresses, gowns)
dressing completely en femme w/ makeup, jewelry, and wig
    stockings and heels
    panties under my jeans
watching sports in a bra and panty

    Hates:
not enjoying enough time out en femme
    when I can't get on crossdresser.com chatroom

    Aspirations:
No changes. I'm happy enjoying my feminine side with what I was given.

Can't we all just get along?

After going back and READING the thread again, the one thing that stands out is, "ASPIRATIONS". We all come here for whatever reason, because we ASPIRE to be someone else. If it is in our minds, our hearts, or our loins, we aspire to be.
We realize that most of the "civilized world" is not ready or willing to accept us for who we are and therefore we join ranks together searching for acceptance of who we are. It does not matter if you are a crossdresser, Transvestite, transexual, or Drag Queen. We simply aspire to live our lives as who we want to be. Is there something wrong with that? If there is nothing wrong with jumping on the back of a 2,000 lb bull for 8 seconds, or going 200m.p.h in a race car, why is there something wrong for a guy aspiring to look like Miss America.
Let's stop all the "playa hatin" and become more accepting to the differences that make us all special. Just think how boring this world would be if we all looked and acted the same. That's my 0.02
If the clothes make the man then the makeup makes the woman.

    Good evening girls!

Hell fire I din't know I was going to open such a can of worms starting this thread. Do things always get this heated? How about some sisterly love here after all we are all in the same boat just some have more bits still in the water thats all.

My original loves hates and aspirations were from the view point of a cd girl not a GG.

I am in the closet and probably will ever remain so. Like us all we live our fantasy in varying degrees of comfort. Iam a man and will remain so even if I could dress 24/7.

For me I beleive when I am dressed the internal chemistry also kicks in and I have like it or not "female aspirations" including the if onlys such as would it be nice if my real tits were bigger what if I had a smaller waist, what would it be like to be accepted and admired by a man. This does not mean in male mode that I check out every dude in town but when dressed I notice good looking guys and dream whistfully!

Back to the fun side loves and hates etc.,

    two new loves

YSL Touche Eclat concealer. Every "girls" best friend and

The new fashion in long full skirts that are both very feminine and also great for those who are not good in the leg dept.

Lighten up please and enter into the fun of the thing!!

I am off to dress now and I feel confident enough to venture out as well to our local town again. It is very cold and I bought a new short fur jacket today to ensure I don't get cold! If it fits ha, ha!!

    Love

I didn't know that long full skirts where in fashion but have always liked them--take a look at my red satin number under Satin and leather in the Photos forum --must be ahead of or maybe behind my time.

    You know what?
Maybe what we have here is a cultural communication gap goin on...
From this post, it seems like you're using the term "girls" as pertaining strictly to CD's. Are all CD's called "girls" in the UK? Is that it?
You Brits seem to have some odd meanings for words sometimes. No, I never was a real fan of fish 'n chips either...
