It is surprising what the tapes can pull in: they run almost to below your arm pits, I am sure it will do something, though not a 'Victorian' bust line for sure.

Sorry to keep rabitting on but I forgot to mention a benefit or snag depending on the way you sit! If you use my 'clasper' you will find that you almost have to sit on the edge of a hard chair which actually is as it should be to give the right inpression, if you sit further back things can get squashed.

Nowhere near as effetive im sure, but I have used two water filled balloons to give myself a bust. looks good under clothing, and they bouce too .
mind you .. they leak after a bit and somehow I always ended up with one pink and one green.
to anyone trying this, remember to warm them first and don't be too greedy. Its surpising how big they look if you overfill them, ands it's a swine tying a knot too.
